Thierry Rouaix.
President of XTR CONSEIL.
An Arts et Métiers engineering graduate with further training at Télécom Paris, Thierry Rouaix combines experience as a general manager and president of industrial companies with operational and digital transformation. His background includes business development in France and internationally, business turnaround and organisational restructuring.
His experience includes ERP implementation and leading a Salesforce project for a French mid-sized construction business. This brings together leadership priorities, business processes and adoption by teams.
XTR Conseil delivers interim management and advisory assignments for SME leaders. XTR Digital extends this approach through the development of professional SaaS solutions based on business needs.
